THE 100 DAY SPARTAN CHALLENGE (OPEN)

This weekend I went on pilgrimage from Paris to Chartres (100 km) with 16000 other pilgrims. It was a very uplifting event and I was able to really enjoy the feast of Pentecost. And to think about what it means that the Holy Spirit accompanies us all.

This pilgrimage will remain in my memory forever.

Lost my streak today. I think I had let my mind get too far wrapped up that I needed a release and used all the business development stuff as an excuse. Glad I made it a full month straight before that and am ready to get started again to climb that mountain because I felt better and shaper during that full month off then I had in a while. Most important thing is to be honest with ourselves and learn. I learned a trigger to avoid for this next go round and already found a way to block it from happening. Hope everyone else is doing well!
