    Day 5, Advice for all the fellas. Do not sit around and play or watch TV for more than an hour, move and do things, study, read a book, dont let your mind be on automatic because that is how porn sneaks in. Do not give an inch, gain an inch every day, and remember we are in it for the long haul but take it day by day!

    Going skateboarding and getting physical definitely helps me burn the built up energy.
