About my day there's nothing to highlight
Studied a bit in free hours, but most of the days today was for the family and I am happy to have spent it like this.
Really happy also about the numbers of the virus these days.

you got some knowledge on taoist techniques. But practice is more important. Spiritual, meditation, energy techniques are so powerful. They can take us above all blocks. Belly dance is not that deep but helpful.
