Day 13 woke up very early in a cold sweat again, nightmares aren't as bad but still having them, determined to carry on and see my 2nd week out

Hello Spartans, the weekend is coming.
Today I woke up feeling strong urges but managed to maintain my discipline. I now feel like I have an extra energy boost inside of me. I’m looking forward to seeing how I feel as I go through my day.

I’ve been thinking a lot about feeling confident and strong in the world. And I feel like it’s a discipline too. A mental discipline. Each day choosing to do and say things that require confidence and strength, to create feelings of confidence and strength. Planning tasks and appointments that are linked to bigger goals and dreams. Moving towards something. A person that is driven by purpose and intentions instead of a slave to how I ‘feel’. Confidence is earned. This is a good thing because it means anyone can have it if they are willing to work for it. It’s not about what clothes I have or car I drive or watch I wear. It’s about what I’m doing to face fears and anxieties. Winning the lottery makes you have a big bank account but that’s all. Confidence is earned. Not given.
