Check in day 16. I am not looking forward to next week. I have a business trip and all that time alone in the hotel is going to be a struggle. I am focusing my mind now and preparing for the temptation ahead.

Started a new job at the start of the week and haven’t checked in each day but still going strong. Thanks to this forum!

I am feeling more focus and energy now. And I’m not bothered as much by other people. So many people are bitter, angry, confused and quite honestly they spend a lot of time and effort throwing that energy around. Zombies. The deeper I go into this the more I see weakness around me and the more I focus on strong people. Good people. People who have their stuff in order and want to become a better version. Stay strong Spartans.
