    Killed it at gym today.
    4×25 pushups
    4×12 dips
    4×12 box jumps 5kg weight strapped to each legs
    And that was warmup
    5×5 heavy deadlift
    4×12 dumble rows, cable rows, lat pulldowns.
    Then cooldown.
    So much energy Aaaahhhhh!!!!!!

    @the alpha project So it says, demons are there and thay play cheating, so watch out. Also, tv, publicity, social media, the internet, all this stuff are made to manipulate our behavior through our inner and hidden desires, unconsciously.
