Have been doing challenges on my own, so far I can hold on for almost a month, and I already feel real improvements in my life.
But I relapsed today and I want more motivation.

I feel inspired by reading you post today and I feel motivated to finish strong. I have a project overdue by several months and I need to complete it. I don’t know if I can finish it this week. But what I do know is I can do my best. Thank you for your post!

It's my day 1 today, close to day 2, at 19:00 o'clock on my country, I'll be 2 days free of PMO cycle. It's 18:43 now, I'm having a good day today, studied, did physical exercises, laughed, smiled, everything is fine, such a long time i didn't feel this inner peace. Thank god and thank this amazing community that helped me a lot, i hate porn at the same way i love the real life (or face to face life, like someone said, i don't know if both are right). I'll never see this shit anymore on my life anymore, never. If i see I'll feel useless, trash.

Congratulations on reaching 60 days without PMO! I'm sure can't wait for the benefits of NoFap again, i had a little bit of the benefits when i reached 9 (or 8) days and relapsed because of a stupid error.

Start again, learn with this relapse and move forward. Why you don't read or write in a diary if you feel urges? It can help.

I'll think on it every time that i want to relapse.

Hello Spartans,

Today I felt like a small celebrity the way people looked at me and interacted with me. At one point, I waked into a cafe and all the staff stopped what they were doing and looked at me like deer in headlights. As I walked to the counter I looked at a customer and she said ‘don’t I know you from somewhere?’ In a shop I spoke with a beautiful girl who just finished her degree in philosophy. We talked for a while and our eye contact was quite intense. As though the rest of the world disappeared. I feel like a charming and handsome man who has no fear of social scenes. Like I’m the main actor in a play. I am confident that the day after a day I have very strong urges but do not give in, I have a kind of glow of some kind.

The energy must be collecting and building. And it’s like there’s this struggle. The energy tried to come out through pmo but when it is not allowed it finds other ways. Like meeting new people. Looking for an outlet I guess. The urges tonight were very strong but I resisted them. I did not give in. And in the morning I will enjoy my reward. Tomorrow I will go through my day with this glow I have earned and I will enjoy meeting new people. It is a fascinating thing to do now. Talk to strangers and meet them. Get to know them for a few moments. Then carry on with my day. It’s such a big change from how I lived before. Anxious, shame and fear. Not anymore!
