THE 100 DAY SPARTAN CHALLENGE (OPEN)

Bro when you feel like that....my tips to resolve it :

- Do not sit alone at home

- Trydoing some excercise or physical activity - this will make you instantly make you feel better

- Meditate

-Do something new for yourself- can be anything even like buying a new pair of shoes or visiting a park you havent been to before...the novelty of the experience will take your mind off old thoughts and problems

Today I had the feeling of intense energy all day. I lost track of how many social interactions I had. How many smiles I got. How many people were drawn to me. It was like I was glowing all day. I even sang for a bit because I just felt so damn happy. People kept opening up to me. Many women wanted to talk with me and blushed. I feel like a rocket taking off for the moon. I don’t know what else to say but today was very incredible and I can’t wait to wake up tomorrow and get after life. Anyone who has this experience please share if it lasted, if it goes away, comes back thanks!

 

I don't see my name on the list.

 

I think i should be fine for this round...even though i did relapse, i only felt a small dip in my energy. Just need to be vigilant and get back my momentum again

I still feel the high energy from yesterday. I believe my challenge now is to remain disciplined and channel it. I need to harness it and direct it. I need to train hard. Eat well. Meditate. Sleep. And continue to grow this power inside. I see day thirty on the horizon. I also see a new life in front of me. With my Spartan soldiers at my side I will fight for glory and freedom!!

 

Day 38, 10 days further than I've ever been before, over the moon with that, keep going everybody! We can do this! stay vigilant!
