Just a few hours away from Day 11. This is my longest streak of all time. Not much to report. I just dont think about sex and havent gone out much so barely see any attractive females. Unfortunately not making much progress in other areas of my life and ended up drinking beer after 90 days of sobriety because I lost a lot of money on failed stock trade.

 

I need help , i was watching this movie name hangover and there comes a nude scene , i got a boner immediately and released little bit of precum , i was not aware of that scene , i closed it immediately and went for a walk . Do i have to reset my counter ? because of the precum liquid ? Or i am still in the game ?

Yeah loneliness, Im going through a bad break up and I've been texting someone and she sent me a picture I just wanted to feel better for a second but it makes it ten times worse so I broke it off with that person and decided to jump back on the horse

But, I am so much proud with my response to it, I didn't even think about it and stayed strong
