Need some help. Just 2nd day. Inside of my legs is burning. don't know if I can continue. I want to hump my maid, my tenant, even my dogs rubbing against me makes me feel horny like crazy. I know it is sick. I need to study for one of the toughest exams. I have lost a lot of time as I lost myself to kinkier porn, scenarios etc. I now feel horny at the weirdest of things like a random conversation which has nothing to do with sex. I can't concentrate on studies at all. Need all your help and will help in any way I can. We do it ourselves but we are in it together.

If I may, do you believe in God or some higher power? I am not trying to endorse my faith or something. But if your answer is yes, please do pray for strength to overcome the urge. Even if you have to do this as often as the urge arises, do so. It has helped me heaps & I know it will help you too.
Stay strong man, can be tough at first. I'd suggest going for a walk or exercise for 10-30 minutes clear your head a little and refocus on studying for your exam (In similiar position too). Blocking porn on all your devices making it impossible to access any porn will make it a lot easier to resist (E.g chrome extensions).
Take some deep breaths man. Seriously!! Slow deep breaths, count 10 of them then start over. This moment will pass, you just have to wait it out.
Can you understand that this is your mind playing tricks on you and you just have to wait for it to pass?
