The first week of the year down!!! Very nice!!!

For those of you who had a slip, don't stress, it's all part of the learning curve. I've had many over the years and you got to remember this is like quitting drugs, literally.

As you know, you have to figure out what works for you, what does not and make hard choices. I understand the guilt and shame but really there's no need for it. If you're feeling it, remember that's just your programming. You were taught at some point to feel this way, someone in someway taught you this.

You have to unlearn that.

Yes for some it's motivation, but for me and others, that negative feeling got to be too much. I got to the point where I realized that I didn't need to feel bad about it. I remember it very clearly, the words "I can choose how I feel" came into my head and I said '@#$@ feeling bad, this thing happened and it OK". I realized, I don't want it to happen, I want a life without it and I'm getting there but right now, I don't have to feel bad about this.

Anyway, i hope that helps. Keep going strong, we'll get thru this together!

Ok, welcome. For every day you dont pmo you get 1 point, a checkin with pmo you get .5 points. Otherwise 0 points.

We're going to 90 having started 1/1 but if your goal is 120 then the rest of this 90 will take you a long way.

@I_AM_AWESOME Hey I'm a little late to the party but would love to join, from January 1st-7th, I've MOed once, so that would put me at 6 points if it's cool that I hop in a bit late. I think this is a great idea and I'm very committed!

We started on 1/1 and I dont have my spreadsheet in from of me but I presume you missed a day. I can check tonight
