For this month's January Challenge we are going to tee up a round of winter NoFap golf.

As you may know, the concept in golf is to strike a ball as few times as possible while getting from the starting point (the tee) and into the objective (a 4.25 inch diameter "cup") There are 31 days in the month of January, therefore par for the course is 31 shots. On each day, acting out will yield additional shots (strokes in golf terminology) thus ADDING to your score. Scoring in golf is different than most sports in that the person with the lowest score wins.

Note: I assigned team members, alternating from the participant list, how/when I added each member to keep it random and fun. Feel free to decide on a team name amongst yourselves.

Scoring begins midnight, your time/date when the New Year begins!

Scoring Rules:

+1 *per incident. Not per day. You can earn more than 1 point per day, i.e. binge fapping.
Looking at porn - No touching
Masturbation, No Porn (Fapping)
Masturbation with Porn (PMO)

*Anything you're abstaining from on your personal journey that you'd count as a relapse (chat rooms, prostitutes, edging, etc.) If you have to say "I relapsed when I ____" add +1 stroke.

I love the golf challenge idea now that I've read and understand it.
Brings in a little sense of competition but in a light-hearted way.

Hey Brother glad to have you in this group.
I just noticed your signature for this challenge needs to have 2021:Red days etc
As this counter is for 2021 it means you can't have more clean days than 2 or 3 days (depending on your location)
You are fine to have the regular day counter with your current steak but the counter for this challenge needs to be just for 2021.

How's everyone hanging in there? The hangovers are worn off, my niece and brother in law are gone, and I'll be back to work tomorrow after burning some vacation. Technically, I'm at home tomorrow too which is hardly work at all so it's a lot like I got 12 days off for the cost of 32 vac. hours. I feel pretty well recharged. Aside from the the sex bloopers and two 2-day relapses at the end of last year I feel pretty good.

Going for a walk soon, and that means another hour of this audio book.. Breaking the Cycle. No gym today, it's a rest day.

Please read my intro post carefully, big takeaway is that you determine on your own what constitutes a Red/Amber day on your tracker. Everybody has different goals, but we all have one similar goal - to grow beyond our current self mastery level and ascend higher up the ladder of life.
