I am a teen ...just like others ....i just tried discovering myself ... i went on deep ...and all that internet stuff , but got addicted... its been nearly 4 years of trying , i have experienced decrease in hair quality , weaker and appearances of vessels in my genital, i am lacking the swift that every teen has...and i am mostly demotivated ...my social life is running out of business & i am suffering various pains all due to pornography and it's later consequences ..#NoFAp os my only option left as i believe i have a far way to go..

But however urges are sometimes attacking even if you are focused on something else, when i got rid of those 1% foods which increases urges and started enjoying 99% other beautiful foods it became so much easyer for me ^_^
