@Armanium we need an objective mind like yours, enthusiastic, determined, and humane too. Welcome to the Bat Brotherhood!
@Muhammad Husayn May you spread the good word of the Wayne name.
@Heracles1268 Falling is temporary. The fact that you showed back up is getting up. Keep going, share your milestones to stay involved with yourself and others. You can do this.

I just performed a resistance training on porn to test the metrics.
looks like it is not arousing anymore, and I can push it further down to zero.

Even though the chemistry blueprint of this streak already includes food protocols, I decided to add three food supplements in order to cover the potential lacks of diversity or key material in my diet, minimizing my loopholes even if only for 90 days.

There are just a few more key pathways, I guess if you naturalize them I can be free.
    * low light while working proved a danger zone.
    * stress is dangerous, specially if you forget to meditate immediately
    * an emotional shock such as an accidental death threat would be a problem
    * planning an unplanned date fucksup everything

this streak is my longest one up to here being 55 days.
I should review my comprehensive NoFap pamphlet for the 4th time to remind the skills.

this streak hasn't been perfect. I've had two porn sessions running out of control while not touching. so even though the NoFap is ok, the not using porn component of security lacks.
This is unexplored area. frequent wet dreams temporarily suppress the superpowers just like a watching session. wet dreams are not a good sign.
The last 40 days is planned to be supper clean, so the wet dreams are hoped to go down to zero.

I didn't expect this much complexity.
I stop adopting the normal lifestyle and business, instead I focus on defeating the second way the most victorious & sustainable way possible, and breaking the obstacles one by one, getting the recovery as measured by different indexes.

    Shall we all be victorious.

I just want the monk mode for a lifetime. I find the wet dreams to be the most challenging to control.
Even though only 15% of sexual addicts ever recover, I feel that I am doing a lot of calculation.
Would you share some technological advisory help with me please?

@Armanium I would be glad to. As you have noticed, I have not logged in for months. It goes beyond digital detoxes, it starts there, but it transforms into other parts of your life as well. Wanting less becomes a habit, a processor for how you handle situations, relationships, etc. Choose the habit, stick to it, and make sure it projects you forward for the better. Measure your progress, manage the benefits, replicate those benefits again. Calculations are natural, and after a while, they will not feel like calculations. For example, I know that if I bring my phone to my nightstand, I know I will not sleep as well as I could. Rather than look at not having my phone as a chore, I treat it as a goal, a habit to improve myself. I also sleep in the nude. It is much better for your skin and I am not tempted by removing my clothing when I am going to sleep. So, sleep becomes the goal, the habit, and the improvement consistently. Not the phone. You are worth more than a phone. Your life is more important than your battery life.

Bottom line: I stay offline, live life, and come what may, I deal with it sober and for the first time knowing I am here to improve, to discover what I can learn, and who I can become.

@supaPoweredRobot and @EffortlessGoalGetter Keep justice at hand.

A year of sobriety and I feel focused and free. I have the possibilities ahead of me and no one can deny the good I am or do. I won't stop for anything that does me harm or leads me astray. I may walk alone, but my steps are not lonely. Take back what rightfully is yours. Do it for yourself that way you can help others do it for themselves too. Use the past to shape the future. Always be present, always be vigilant, always be working on you. Do what it takes to become the Batman.

@Cole96 Glad to hear you're still on your journey to justice. @Muhammad Husayn You must use the shadows to your advantage, learn the ways of your enemy and you will stand solemnly in strength.

    Relapse
    I relapsed Yesterday.
But I am going to start again and learn from it.
As "Either I win or I Learn"
So this time the changes in the plan are:
    # Daily meditation in the morning
    # Reading a great and inspiring book
    # Scheduling my online time
    # Do it without a Blocker this time
(For me personally blocker creates a feeling that I am missing on something really good which not the truth. Also it makes me think that I can not do it myself and I am weak) which leads me to crave for it and finally a relapse.
    # Spend more time in my studies
And the gamechanger and most important one:
    ## I would from now on consider any delibrate attempt to intentionaly search or access any porn or porn related content even for a milli second as a relapse and will reset my counter.
    I hope this will work.
I would love to have your views and suggestions
    Thanks
