    I am back on track.
    Although some urges came but I was easily able to deal with them.

    I want to congratulate you for taking the effort to share your plan. I would like to add that one thing that helped me make progress is to spend time doing things that make me feel positive, specially hanging out with people.

    I know during corona is hard, but socializing has been proven to help people deal with addictions and lead better lives. So if you got anyone you can reach out to (or just making friends here), it would help :)

    Set parameters that you find realistic and helpful for your goals. If restriction-based apps, for example, are necessary tools for you, use them. If anything distracts or becomes counterproductive, change the process or remove it from your routine. I still fumble with prurient imagery, but I do not act on those images, I do not turn them into my reality by way of M or O. Concrete improvements, benefits, and strategies will keep you grounded, focused, and aware of yourself and the steps you take. We are human, but we can always become more than we are, for the better.

    Yeah you are completely correct Socialising helps a lot.
    Today I went out to my relatives and it felt good spending time with my cousins and playing with them. And yes now I would be focusing on things I love to do.
