Relapsed. Day 0
Has not been going well for me lately, I do not watch porn, but I have been masturbating almost every day this past week or so. It happens at night when I am trying to sleep and I get urges in my bed, so my half-awake self decides its ok and masturbates. It may be placebo, but I can see the effect it has had on my productivity, when I was abstaining for at least a couple days at a time, I was very efficient and it was fun to get my school work done. Now it's hard to sit and focus on one thing and get it done, as well as put in the effort and work that I know must be put in in order to get the work done the way I want it done. I know I am probably just making excuses for myself and must be disciplined and get what needs to be done, done. But at the same time the easy dopamine boosts at night do not help with a proper mindset that is conducive to productivity.

This is my day zero.I have tried and failed many times.I always feel stressed and less motivated after PMO.Eventhough I am binge to it.
Batman is one of my favorite superhero.I wish that this challenge will help me.

There were sexual images poping inside my head.
After a long break I restarted my exercise.I feel more energetic at the end of my day.I feel happy.
There is a long journey ahead.I need to make my everyday awesome.

For @Anubis Rises @simba121785 @wokesheep_32703 and anyone else who has met relapse, or even back-to-back, I found getting outside my mind has been helpful. By narrowing my focus on an outward goal, I have been successful in recognizing and surpassing urges and doubts to reach that goal. It could be as simple as being outdoors and taking in the air and scenery for five minutes a day. The trick is to extend that focus, so from five minutes, you take 10, then 15, then 20, and soon enough your spending hours in this focus and new habit. Your mind and body become harmonious on the tangible possibilities. And when reality is not so bright, you know that no matter what happens, you will be okay. You have to keep that focus, you have to keep moving. Be well, do well, Batmen.
I had brain fogg.I couldn't wake up early.
I have a fear that if had wake up early I would relapse.Because I used to PMO during mornings.But I need to face my fear.
I exercised for the second day.I made a morning ritual for myself.Whenever I woke up after my morning activities I do breathing exercises,meditation and then high intensity workout.For the last two days the workout only for 5-6 minutes.But that was effective.
If we need to win the day first we need to win the morning.

Starting to journal before I go to bed. This allows me to organize my thoughts and set my sights on the next day and the coming future of who I want to be in a month, half a year, a year, 5 years. Getting back in the groove of being productive that I was in August and September.
