The beginning

    It's not the first time when I'm practicing Nofap, because i already did it in the past amd it was wonderful, but in the last time, after a relapse a month ago I was continously relapsing after and after and i realised that in that point of my life I'm feeling a little lost. I'm not aware why I want do do nofap and I'm not aware what I really want from my life in that point. For that reason I will make a daily jurnal where I have to discover the real reason why I'm practicing nofap and what I'm really waiting from my life now.
     
  2. All addicts become addicted for some emotional reason, and usually (but not always) have trauma in their past. I recommend therapy for every addict, and I'm sure that you too could benefit.

    Day 4
    The hardest part of nofap seems until now to be the habit of doing and not the urges. I don't have a lot of urges until now, but i saw that there's a little trigger that seem to push me towards wanting that : laying in my bed. Everything when I'm laying in my bed without any productive activity in my mind, scrolling mindlessly a social media app or YouTube PMO wanting at least a little PMO seems inevitable. For that reason i think a really good start should be to use my bed just for sleeping and nothing more.
    If I'm not triggered by my bed, I think I'll have more chances to succeed to nofap.
     
  7. People who work with insomnia say this. Bed is only for making love and for sleeping. Richer people can have one bed for making love and a separate bed for sleeping!

    When you go to bed, put your phone well out of reach. That way, you have to get up before you touch your phone. If you need your phone for an alarm, consider getting an alarm clock to put next to your bed.

    Day 5
    Everything seems to he quite well until now. I just woke up, i ate i meditated and now i should find out what I'll do today in order to stop procrastinate and losing my time making the hours pass without using them at all.
    I was thinking about doing some home workout, reading, doing some informatics and math and maybe to meditate for 20 minutes one more time.

    Day 6
    Although the quarantine i arrived to be quite productive the last days. I hope it will be in the future and that the procrastination problem will be solved in the future. I know i still have to learn to be productive without finding reasons or a motivation to do it, but I'm working of it and I'm proud about it.
    In what regard Nofap, until now i find it so benefic for me and I'm already starting to feel more happy and more motivated.
    The main thing i have to develop on nofap is that PMO is not something that i want because I'm too good to do it. I saw that in my last journeys the mentally was stopping me from succeeding. I wasn't thinking or myself high enough and i accepted to myself that it was for me an addiction and that I'm addicted to it and its fine if sometimes it's happening. But now i want to learn that PMO is not something that i want because I'm not a person who could ever do that!
