The best failure ever!

I started my current streak a little under 30 days ago. The terms that I set were that I would abstain from p m and o for the first 30 days, p and m for the remainder of the 90. And I am pleased to inform you all that I failed. Why? Because I didn't watch porn or masterbate, I had sex and my dick actually worked! I didn't have to think about getting an erection or do keggles to keep it up, simply being with a naked woman was enough to make it diamonds!

To anyone struggling to keep on going, just fucking do it! There are no secrets or tricks, you just have to want it more than you want porn. Feeling like a whole man is worth a million days of not jerkin the gherkin.

This first month was difficult, but the next two will be a piece of cake. I'm already 90% of the way there, all I have to do is not descend back into the depths of porn and I'll be golden. I think the real shift was a week or two ago when I stopped fantasizing about women in the 3rd person (like a porno) and my thoughts became in the first person. Also, don't listen to anyone telling you fantasy about women is objectification or some other nonsense. That's hhhkv tiered bs. Men are as much sexual objects to women as women are to men, and people of the opposite sex pick up on that.

How old are you? I'm asking because you have a quick recovery and maybe its a little better because you are in better shape.
As for your opposition about objectification, I understand your views. It did help me to get hard again with my wife to stop looking at others in a sexual way. If I was single and looking at dating, well I would not totally stop looking at nice ladies.
But in the couple, I found that coolidge effect gave me a hard time in my bedroom...I got my Ed from finding real sex with wifey too vanilla. So I stopped to think about sex as a concern altogether and this is what made me recover, or so I believe.

I'm glad you are getting back into the action, this is what matters!
 
Did it change my life? Nope. I had great energy then, and I do now. Wife hates me then, she still hates me now. My wife slept in one bedroom then and I slept in a different one. We still sleep in separate bedrooms. I do enjoy her sarcastic remarks directed my way when she watches TV. It's very passive aggressive and I find this psychology fascinating. A character on a TV show will complain about a lack of sex. She makes comments of agreement. After dinner she sleeps on the couch (ignores me and the rest of the family most nights). Is quick to anger if I talk to the kids without her present (but she is sleeping). Then, after her evening long nap, she goes to bed - late. About 11:00 PM to 11:30 PM. In the morning she complains about how tired she is. Huh. I cannot stay up that late - one reason for separate bedrooms. I have no idea how to get close to her, again. Not sure I care. This NOFAP thing is for me. Similar to how people will lose weight or learn a new skill - they do it themselves.
Anyway, I am not discouraged about NOFAP. But, did it change my life? You decide.

Dark humor. Yes. I am glad it came through.
Self pity? No.
Not giving a shit . . . I do give a shit. This NOFAP thing is for me. To prove to myself I can do it. I've done things in the past to prove to myself I can do it (e.g., earning an advanced degree, losing 40 pounds - and keeping it off, learning new skills in software applications, analytical statistics, learning to play the piano, learning a foreign language, martial arts, speed reading, blah, blah, blah-full-of-myself-crap-goes-here). No, I am not giving up on this NOFAP thing.
My wife. Yeah, you gotta love her. She is sticking to her guns on this one. Although I would like a relationship with my wife, I understand why she feels the way she does. I don't blame her, I understand her.
