The Best Strategies To Abstaining When Having Internet Connection

    Hey all,

    Just wondering what are the best strategies to abstain from P when having internet connection at home. Cancelling my internet connection is not an option because i need it for work.

    I've installed pluckeye but i keep turning it off or switching to other PC when i have urges. The urges are really strong and i can not control myself anymore.

    buy a raspberry pi and install the free open source app called pihole.
    THen import a porn blacklist in the tool.
    Now 99% of all porn websites are blocked in you internal network at home.
    However, you can still use your phones 4g connection, so its not a 100% safe guard.
