The best tips for a real improvement!! >:D

    Guys, I want to give you a series of tips to facilitate your reboot journey (I'm personally trying to reach 90 days of abstinence). These are strategies that I am applying to myself and that could also work on you.

    - Use a PC or computer that you don't own, and sometimes without being alone. Have a person you trust hiding your PC. If you absolutely need to navigate, use someone else's (even better if the owner is there) or go to a public place with a computer available, such as a library, and do the research you want, provided - of course - that they are not sexual, pornographic or triggering for your genitals. Alternatively you can use your family members's one.
    - Deactivate and/or lock on your smartphone everything that can lead you to temptations, relapses, edging and stuff like that. Unfortunately, nowadays our smartphones can surf the internet thanks to system apps - like chrome, browser, youtube, facebook, google, etc. - that cannot be uninstalled except by strange hacker-proof digital scribbles, which in a short time or long term can ruin your device. The best thing, therefore, can be to deactivate the app in question, so as to have more space available in the phone, or set up an app to block other apps. I personally did this: I downloaded "fingerprint applock", I made someone else set a password without me seeing it, and I locked google, chrome, browser and youtube. I guarantee that things will change drastically.
    - Try to use as less internet as possible (and see the following advice). Read books, play sports, write a diary, contact a friend, play chess, concentrate on your goals and try to take full advantage of your potential to get the best in the studio, work, professional growth, emotional relationships, etc.
    - Help yourself with a copybook or a notebook. This can serve you for various reasons: to list the motivations that push you to renounce porn and masturbation, to write down the searches to do on the internet, to write various reminders for commitments, appointments, tasks to carry out and so on.
    - If you watch TV, allow yourself a maximum of two or three TV programs or series to save valuable time. Personally I like to look at cooking and police TV series, such as CSI Miami, especially during meals, just to give myself a treat.
    But be careful: some images that run in front of you can be triggering, so be always ready to take your eyes off the screen or in a harmless point.
