    Today I relapsed. Negative thoughts flooded my brain about how much of a loser I am and the fact that I have missed out on alot in my life and that led to my relapse. So today im starting a thread to stay accountable as I work on creating new habits that are beneficial to who I want to be..THE BEST VERSION OF MYSELF
