Yo PeBe! Welcome to the club!

I've just begun no-PMO, and the urger is just something you need to manage, they will go away. For example if you are sitting down at your computer, don't just stay and watch for them to go away. Get up, go for a run, get something to eat! Take your mind off them!

Maybe you want to make a commitment and start your NO_PMO-journey. Will not be easy but worth the effort.

Welcome to NoFap where you are amongst friends who are here to encourage you and sometimes challenge you but not judge you.

The enemy is here to steal, kill and destroy. What are your current strategies for combating the enemy called PMO?

Thank you man. I really appreciate it. MY current strategies is simple. I blocked the websites of all porns (there is a program that automaticly picks up all the porn sites and blocks them, believe me there are plenty). I write a daily jurnal where i write my daily tasks, what i ate, and of course if i relapsed or not. When i feel the urge I just leave my computer alone and start doing something else like going to the gym. How about u? How do u combat it?
