Day 68

Did 2 sessions of meditation/30 minutes and fell asleep on the couch. I shouldn’t have lied on the couch to meditate, as I could expect this to happen. Told my GF and she urged me not to lie on the couch anymore. We spoke it through, as this moment created room in her to think that something else might have happened.

Session 1 was a Wim Hof meditation of 4 rounds. My fingers were all tingly. It felt like I ate a pack of spearmint chewing gum. That's how fresh my lungs felt after the meditation.

Session 2 was a relaxation meditation. I feel the combination between a Wim Hof meditation and a relaxation meditation is very nice. Wim Hof gives your body a kick under the ass and a relaxation meditation calms me back down. I was so relaxed that I fell asleep.

Day 2 - 10 mins of Buddhist meditation. I slept for 7 hrs before waking up. But after having breakfast and doing meditation, I slept again for like 4 hours.

I hope that this wouldn't be a regular occurrence. So, over sleeping kind of ruined my mood as I had plans to do some tasks for the day but will try to do as much as I can.

Day 69

Had an active day and went out for a run. I did a meditation session in the morning, a meditation session just after I finished my run, and just now. 25 minutes meditating.

Session 1 was a 10 minute relaxation meditation. Very soothing and becoming quiet.

Session 2 was a Wim Hof meditation after my workout. I see that this combination is excellent to regain normal heart rate again.

Session 3 was a relaxation meditation before bed. Good closing off the day.
