10 minute meditation completed this morning. I've been "meditating" or rather "trying to get into the habit" on and off for about a year now. My longest meditation streak was during my longest "pure" NoFap streak - 1 month in January. I want to get back into both of these habits, so count me in !
@el_bsln Welcome! Good luck. I skipped some days. Then I meditated two days ago and yesterday. I don't even know what my goal was in this challenge, so I'll set a new goal now: I will attempt to meditate ten days in a row. I'm on day three, if I meditate today. I discovered a new meditation app the other day, as the one I was using stopped working on my phone, probably because the phone is old. I'm excited, however, to use this new app. I've already done about 8 or 9 meditations on it.
Day 16 done. 2X20 mins vipassana meditation. I started with a really hectic mind and by the end of the second practice period I felt much calmer. I'm happy with that
Day 3- 8 mins of Buddhist Meditation as had to leave early in the morning. But have also started recognizing any negative emotions that come during the day and say it aloud a couple of times allowing it to dissipate.
Day 90 of daily medication; few minutes of concentration meditation on the breath at the nostrils, gonna do another session later today before sleep. @el_bsln Welcome along friend!
Day 70 Had a lovely day with lots of activities. Felt very energized. Did 3 sessions/30 minutes of meditation. Session 1 was a relaxation meditation. Deep breaths. In and out. Listening to what was happening outside. Session 2 was a Wim Hof meditation. Never ceases to make me lightheaded. 4 rounds. Feel like my lungs have grown. Session 3 was a focus meditation just after the Wim Hof meditation. I would focus ok the ticking of the clock. It made me feel very quiet inside. I could only hear the clock. 30 minutes meditating - DONE
Day 4 - Completed 15 minutes of meditation today while trying to read my blood pressure at home. I meditated while laying on my bed.
Day 23 of meditation. Decided to spice it up a little and play some music at the same time! 20 minutes done.
Day 26 10 minute guided meditation on happiness. I like this message post meditation on the headspace app I read yesterday: "Remind yourself of that sense of playfulness and enjoyment, it lightens the mind and gives it a spacious quality."
Day 4 - 10 mins of Buddhist Meditation. Was starting to get a bit bored plus my back ached, so my mind did wander and took me along with it lol. But, it's part of the process.
10 mins done first thing this morning for my 86th day of meditation and my 100th of being PMO free! life is good!!
