Day 71

A nice job day. Had my first 10 minutes of meditation done at 8 AM. Lovely to do this in the morning, when having time for that. Spent 25 minutes / 2 sessions meditating

Session 1 was a relaxation meditation in which I could come to rest.

Session 2 was a boxed breathing meditation in which I focused on my breaths.

Day 72

Had a lovely day and I feel that my rigorous routine and self discipline in meditation are bearing there fruits. It is easier to take charge of my life and to be responsible. Did 3 meditation sessions / 35 minutes.

Session 1 was a relaxation meditation in my garden chair this morning before work. Lovely weather made me come to rest.

Session 2 was a Wim Hof meditation. 4 rounds. Tingling fingers and toes.

Session 3 was a focus meditation. I focused my attention on the ticking sounds of the clock. Got distracted a lot, but brought myself back to the sounds and felt I could hear more after a while.
