Day 75

Had a huge Dopamine dip today. Withdrawal syndrome to the max. Was overstimulated 80% of the day. Did 1 session / 20 minutes today.

Session 1 was a focus meditation in which I focused on the sound of the highway. For a moment, I was able to let the PAWS go and be with the meditation.

Day 29 of meditation. Having a hard time right now not relapsing. It's really painful not to. I've meditated significantly less. I don't time myself anymore when I meditate, I give myself all the time I want. But this time, I may have only done it for 5 mins. As I meditated, I had so many PMO thoughts, and constantly throughout the day, and right now and it won't stop. RIP

You can do it mate! Meditation will help you greatly resisting it. I feel I have less urges when I meditate longer, as I have to actively continue push all other thoughts away. Having a fixed routine will help you prevent PMO urges further
