You can do it mate! Meditation will help you greatly resisting it. I feel I have less urges when I meditate longer, as I have to actively continue push all other thoughts away. Having a fixed routine will help you prevent PMO urges furtherDay 29 of meditation. Having a hard time right now not relapsing. It's really painful not to. I've meditated significantly less. I don't time myself anymore when I meditate, I give myself all the time I want. But this time, I may have only done it for 5 mins. As I meditated, I had so many PMO thoughts, and constantly throughout the day, and right now and it won't stop. RIP
