Hello, I'm pursuing my own goals: recovering from porn addiction and eating disorder recovery. I'm going to block specifics, to avoid triggering anyone. Some ground rules: I eat maximum X Calories daily, and no less that X-50 Calories. I can eat out, but only with someone else and only once a week maximum. Even then, I stick to ordering a single menu item. Eating out doesn't count towards Calories. I don't count calories from exercise. I post a journal entry at least once a week, ideally daily. No Porn or Masturbation. Since I'm not interested in dating right now, that also means no Orgasm either. Once I complete 365 days of this, I may revisit these rules and review what choices I think are best for me. My journey begins at 12:01am, August 5th, 2020. Let's kick butt.
