1) SR gives you a better control over your energy so that you can master your energy and can channel it in various affairs of your life.
2) I had a lot of compulsive bad thoughts, which I could not control, but with PMO, the bad thoughts have mostly disappeared and my mind is a lot clear than before, which looked completely impossible to me before.
3) I do have more physical energy than before. Previously, my body could not recover from exercise and I could not sleep till 4AM on the days I exercised, my body remained in a lot of stress. So all my exercise efforts went in vain. I suffered from this for about 4 years and could not figure it out. With SR, I am able to sleep now on time. My sleep is not completely deep still, but better than before.
4) I have no urges of Porn anymore.
5) With finally a consistent routine in my life, my issue of life-long constipation has improved drastically.

I have added exercise, better diet, meditation to my routines, so they've also helped. I have not used journaling, but used and still use lots of positive affirmations.
