    Hey.

I'm very very under myself right now because I'm addicted to transwoman porn around a year now and I'm starting to watch sissy porn half a year ago and now only these things can turn me on... and it's the worst thing that these "fantasies" affects my everyday life, because I've started to worry about being a transgender...:(

Anyone have some good advice how to overcome this shitty thing???

The only answer is a total reboot. No porn, no masturbation for as long as it takes (maybe 6 months to a year or longer).

I've tried to quit from it but I cant. But tomorrow I'm going to do quitting with more willpower. But the thing is that once I've reached ~28 days (first 10 days was hard mode) and yes I noticing some benefits, but the "female thoughts" still there... and it scares me and relapsed beause of that. Maybe this time I will go further and they will become less intrusive and less often...

Remember you didn't get this way overnight. It took time. It will take time for it to "go away." Yeah, the thoughts will be there and, as odd as it sounds, don't entertain the thoughts.

You are giving yourself permission to relapse. I probably sound rigid and harsh, but if you say you can't do something, it is likely that is what will happen. You need to believe that if other like you can do it - so can you. Be positive and go for it!

In 28 days you can get your body used to not fapping anymore, but it takes longer to reboot your mind. The good thing is that, regardless of how long it takes, you will succeed in the end if you just do it. And stick with it. My HOCD disappeared this way, and I'm quite sure this goes for all kinds of fetishes, as every fetish results from some sort of objectification. Once you quit, you start objectifying less.

Do you think that porn make me "feminine", or make me believe that I'm a girl (trans)??? I hate this "forced feminization" or "sissy" things, I've hooked on it and I'm starting to believe that I like to be feminine... it's terrible... and I'm starting to "unlike" girls, (especially those hot ones) because as I see one, I can't think "man thoughts" about them, instead of that my mind telling me I'm envy them for their body..... what the fuck is this????

Don't hate the thoughts or try to fight them. They'll continue to pester you. Just accept them and let them pass like some unhealthy odor.
There are some videos on youtube about:
    1. you are not your thoughts
    2. how to accept terrible thoughts
    3. OCD intrusive thoughts
    4. Killing the OCD monsters
They helped me a lot. This may upset you but instead of thinking I don't want to have such thoughts, think it's okay to have such thoughts, but they don't mean much. Just as when a kid thinks he wants to be Superman on Batman the thoughts don't mean much, likewise these thoughts don't mean much. Let them come and pass. Be indifferent to them and continue with your day's ritual.

Trying to battle the thoughts will tire your mind.

Well to be honest I don't know whether porn is making you feminine or something like that. I mean maybe a doctor can help:)

But i've read that porn affects mind in many ways so perhaps stay away from pmo and see how things work out.

I have good news for you: Deep down inside, you are just fine.
Thoughts come and go, thoughts change over time... what is you is what remains in spite of that. You still are the same person you were as an innocent child when sexual thoughts didn't plague your mind, the same person you were as a teenager and of course the person you are now. Relax, take your time and do a proper reboot.

If this doesn't help you might consider therapy, but I would go for the reboot first.

    That's someone else's devil pal.

All you need to worry about is your reboot.

    Exactly.

All the more reason to reboot fully, why would going back to someone else's manufactured devil be worth our time?

You have been building a brick wall with your addiction. Every time you PMOd you laid another brick down. The wall got boring to look at, so you start laying more colorful bricks and arranging the bricks in patterns.

Now you have this giant wall in front of you and you know it’s in your way. However you’ve gotten so used to seeing and building it that it seems like it will be there forever.

Set up explosives on your wall. Destroy it. It was take time to clean up the rubble, so focus your energy on clearing it away, not on rebuilding it.

You got this. Kill the idea of PMO. Destroy your wall

Sexual masochism disorder is the cause of this fetish. I have a thread in my profile on a method to cure masochism.

Unpopular opinion here but if you quit porn and masturbation and still have these feeling maybe you should accept who you are.Transgender aren't devil they are tragic individual for whom i guess its easier to do porn than anything else because of sociales more.

  18. I don't think this is necessarily unpopular. The thing is, this kind of porn is so potent with all its hypnotic tricks that it can often convince someone (even if just temporarily) that their orientation is different that their "true" one. So I think what most of us feel here is, abstain from all porn, but particularly this type of brain-manipulating porn until one "resets" back to who they really are. If they remain trans or whatnot in spite of not watching this junk for say 3-6 mos., then so be it, perhaps it's time to embrace oneself. But there are some folks who get convinced they are something they are not merely because this type of porn messes with one's mind and identity especially if viewed repeatedly.
