You made it seem very easy! Did you find this useful? I'm also of the belief that it's hardest for the guys who are into very early stages of their sobriety. You my friend handled it really well. kudos to you bhai. stay this way.
5 Days have passed without much of a notice! I can see clearly that guys with couple or more weeks of sobriety do better. *there are exceptions!*
Checking in on day 7/30. I'm becoming more aware of how many times a day I check my phone. Other than messaging and email I've removed most of the addictive apps or put them away in folders. So now I pick up my phone, open it and then remember that there's nothing to see there.. so I put it back down again
Day 2/30 Another day completed. Dopamine detox can enhance so much your mental and emotional state. It's amazing how the effects appears on days, instead of months or years (like cutting PMO).
Day 1, Today I started working on different boring tasks and feels like shit. But I'm becoming aware of the things now which are more addictive to me and eliminating them as soon as the urges to do those things. Hope, others are working hard too.
six days are behind me. The goal is not to seek perfection, because it will never be perfected. Feeling the calmness in my head. It may also due to the fact that I'm talking to a lot of addicts these days. Listening to sick people makes me less sick.
Day 3/30 Today I was really tired at the end of the day. The last few weeks have been busy and exhausting, and I really needed some time off. I've done a little exercise: just sit and do nothing for some time. I've done this for 90 minutes straight, and that's exactly what I was in need. It's important to give yourself time to rest and recover after intenses periods of activity.
