Half way through. It is totally worthy it!
18 Days are behind me. Clear head, better sleep and feeling calm.
Doing better everyday. Just one day at a time.
Day 7 - Day 8
Getting Harder everyday. Past few days have ot been good. Constantly looking for dopamine triggers . But still standing up.
After thinking for a long time , I have decided to opt out of this challenge.
My Experience : Although , I was really looking forward to successfully complete this challenge with NoFap . But after initial days I realised that instead of making me happy and productive , it made me feel more lazy and unproductive . First few days went alright , but now its getting harder for me to deal with the stress that comes after long hours of work . Sometimes I have people to talk to , sometimes I dont .So it gets harder to tackle stress with all these restrictions .And it has now started disturbing my primary goals. I even got close to relapsing today.
I REALISE, I was biting more than I can chew. Maybe I will reattempt this challenge in future. It has been an enriching experience.

I’m finding that the urge to constantly check my phone is weaker and less frequent.
That sounds like a wise decision. There’s only so much one can deal with at a time. After all NoFap is why we’re here. Good luck and perhaps we’ll see you again!

This challenge helps a lot on managing time and avoiding useless time-wasting activities. Time is such a valuable factor, often poorly managed nowadays.

The first week done keeping to 3 x 15 minutes on my PC or phone per day (not counting tasks such as admin).. it's doable!
