However I put it, it's always a long list for me. I can say I had some achievements since my last post. But I also constantly failed some of the rules. Especially sugary foods is a constant battle. Most of the time it's not even that hard, or at least it shouldn't. But then I make the deliberate choice to trespass once more. Sometimes I think the resolution to NOT do it makes it harder to abstain.
The constant failing leads to frustration which leads to more failing and also a lack of keeping track / reporting. Then I even oversee the few successes that I actually had.

Apparently I'm too ambitious and not humble and patient enough ...

On the other hand there's a good reason to insist on doing ALL these things, I mean to demand from myself to really do it. Not just a little bit here a little bit there, but constantly remind myself and change a lot of habits at once, to really break with my old structure and build a new one. It's not as if I would demand wonders or perfection, just do what makes sense and don't do what you know is bad ...

Anyway, I don't think this list makes much sense for me at the moment. At first I need to ground myself, get calm and then get to do things. Get a more conducive mindset. Get a grip!

Then accountability, sticking to the facts, patience ... and so on

Same, going hard mode on any form of cheap dopamine. I need to endure boredom, so I can emerge out stronger. #StayStrong!

    Day 1,
Was okay-ish, but I definitely didn't bore myself to death.
Also I didn't define my goals, so here they are:
    • Social media cut off minimally, 15 min/day just to check on friends
    • No watching nonsensical YT videos.
    • No wasted time reading news.
    • Obv no P or M.
Expect it to be rough, but will report again tomorrow.

    Day 2,

Hold true on the above bullet points, however I still was relaxed for the day, and didn't fully focus on my priorities. Moving forward I should exclude other forms of cheap dopamine as well. STRENGTH!

  10. Day 0/30.

    1. No P, no M, no O.
    2. No video games.
    3. No movies, no TV.

    5. No sugar, no fast food, no high carb food.
    6. No music.
    7. No alcohol, no drugs, no caffeine
    8. No mindless web surfing.

    Starting now

    Day 0

    • Movies and series aka netflix
    • Music
    • Social media
    • Gaming
    • No alcohol and drugs
    • no sugars like sodas and candy
The goal is to get so bored, that I am forced to do good habits. I will replace the above list with the following.

    • Taking regularly a long fresh walk outside.
    • Doing exercises from darabee.com
    • Doing homework, by putting in more energy and time, getting better in programming.
    • Spending time to learn webdevelopment better. I want to improve on PHP, nodejs and Javascript.
    • Being a very active member of the NoFap forum, educating myself and others., searching for tips and tricks, self-improvement and remember myself for what I do this for.
    • Learning Spanish, German on duelingo and improving my English.
I will check in every day at least. I'll write about how stuff is going tips how I feel and more. This is a great challenge and I think it is going to help me on a great level, with energy and productivity.

  15. Day 0

So I played a game, and in the end, it was not worth it. It is stupid, boring and makes me feel bad. So I removed the game from my laptop. I also watched one episode of snow piercer. And one of the vikings. There is so much nudity there. No more.

I also want to do fasting. So I will not eat units it's 12.

Also, I am just going to drink water.
