    Hey man, just stumbled upon your post at the right time. I'll join for this month. PMO is already on the list so I'll add two more.
    I'll go 30 days no PMO, no SOCIAL MEDIA (with the exception of logging to upload my comic) and NO VIDEOGAMES (uninstalled league of legends today, that ought to be a good choice).

    I'll allow movies this time, I'll be already struggling with that many changes.

    The weekend was too lax, so I am resetting (every single day until I start learning from my failures and making progress).

    2/30 I see that I began escaping to other things. However, I don't have much to do these days either.

    3/30. As sad as ever. I put also a time counter on whatsapp for the day.
    Thoughts of also cutting any series/movies almost completely. They just don't add anything to my life.
    I am getting with almost no activity left to do but exercise, be on the street and maybe skate a little.
    I am also getting more social and creative in little things.
