What happened the moments and hours before the relapse? And is it a relapse or just a lapse?
What happend is old habbit, old ways I trained my brain, came and I lisen to it. I gues it was time when I had low energy low dopamine and my brain search for mood regulation.. For me is a relapse. After I did it again..

I often catch my self relapse for the same reason. What do you think is going to be a suitable replacement behaviour for the addiction at a time such as this?( willpower obviously has not worked for anyone)

It has to be a workout or swimming..
Maybe doing something ag a hause.

I have tried with things similar to this, but I do not have the energy to divert myself to something so complicated. I have red Tiny Habits recently and according to the author the replacement habit in a moment such as this has to be easy to do and you have to want to do it. I am trying to come up with something that will work in such a moment, but I still do not have an idea. Can you think of something useful?
 
For me if I act to the urge even a little bit sonner or later I will give up to it. No matter the days or hours. So it should be doing something once you '"lose motivation" know you could get the urge.. What could it be.. Easy ti do? Hmm. Maybe go pee haha. Maybe even breathing like 4-4-4. You breath in 4 seconds, hold 4 seconds and like so.

And I do not know I have tried with breathing, but it’s not enough for me. I can start with breathing m, but then I will have to thing some other easy to do helpful follow up that I’m willing to to everytime and able to do everywhere. And that’s something I’m struggling to figure out.

I understand. I can only tell you not to look for fast dopamine, seek discipline.
 
Checking in.
Mu rutine is working for now. Work in the moring coming home and I have lots of stuff doing at hause. I skip lunch and go straight to it. Then I go swimming or something then come home and eat. And then is time to sleep.
 
Day 10

A lot if work lately. I cannot learn to live in the moment I’m constantly thinking about money and status.

But I have passed 10 days! I congratulate myself for overcoming this milestone!
