So, another observation on my journey. I hope you guys don't mind me sharing this, I'm posting here instead of my journal because I want to know if this is "normal".

I decided to start watching the TV show Stargate - SG1. I wasn't really having any "urges". Without sharing too many details they showed a close-up of a woman's bare midsection. When I saw it I immediately started feeling the urge to see more, to get lost on the internet and see MORE. My hands started getting clammy too.

Is this "normal". Is this a case of a sub-P? I've never made note of this in my previous tries to free myself. I've turned the show off and came here. I know that they won't show more, after all, this is US television.

Am I starting to be able to identify my triggers and maybe, just maybe, have some control? What does this mean, I'm leaving in the morning for 10-days on a Caribbean beach! I'll be with my family, I don't think I'll lose my footing.

 

Yes. Sex sales. Basically in every movie there is at least one sex scene. Just to keep us addicted. They think we dumb, but we got to play the clown to trick the clown and go dummy on them.

Name me a movie. And I will name you a trigger in it.

I wish nothing good on people doing that.

that something I would never watch. But there is obvious sex scene in star trek into darkness. This is movie is more pervert than perverted porn to me( I mean like it is so funny, like strange, like wow, with them square heads and those grins.)
