I really don’t know the benefits of semen retention. In my opinion, I feel it’s natural for your body to find ways to release it, but we need the right medium and the right person for that. Books like think and grow rich talk indirectly about SR, but I really have no clue if it is scientifically proven that SR has its benefits. I’m relatively new to this topic,so any information will be really helpful
Hey guys! I just got the results for my final exams held 4 months back. I got really good in physics,the subject which I flunked back in early 2019. I have to say,no pmo was of the greatest help. My score was almost 230% in the span of 1 year! It was all because I had the will to improve. I’m telling you my friends, the will to improve and never give up is very essential in whatever we do in life! Peace!
Well, yesterday's success in turning the day around fucked me over today as I did the exact same mistake emboldened by the fact that I managed to turn everything around anyway. Today is even worse since I actually have class and have less time to turn things around and now I am kinda fucked.
Checkin in for the day, I let my success yesterday get to my head again and did the exact same mistake the third time in a row. At least now I am confident I won't do it again because I got bored of it today.
