    Last night cane home from dinner, was thinkingn about PM. I sat with my emotions and asked my self why i wanted PM, understood the reasons and why PM wont help me fix any of those reasons long term. Then i prayed on it and went to bed.

    Continuing to not watch netflix and eat at the same time, understanding that's my biggest trigger.

    Last two evenings I practiced intermit fasting and had a fat unhealthy meal at home both nights! And guess what no PM! I sat down and enjoyed my food without Netflix and didnt even want to watch netflix after... Just took a nap and booom!!!

    Need to figure out how to not take a nap afterwards but im celebrate this HUGE WIN!

    I'm sorry man. Don't be too disappointed, you had a good streak. It frequently happened to me in the past that right after a relapse i tended to pmo a lot, kinda to get the pleasure back. Hope you can avoid that, get back on a streak!
    Anyway, I'm still in. I guess I won? @Renaissance Man are you still in?
    @MixerAwersome if you want we can rematch going for the month of October :)

    I relapsed too, this afternoon. I'm not too worried about it though, it was without porn and in a "slow way". I have decided that from now on if I really have a strong urge I can masturbate as long as I am mindful doing it focusing on my body, being gentle and slow, obviously no porn. I think it's a long term approach that could work.

    Yeah it happens all the time, so let's start right back. You know 1st October is tomorrow, don't you? I'm ready :)

    Not sure how many days but I PM'd today. I think i have over a week. But honestly that was a huge win. I didn't fist fight PM, im starting to be aware of PM and why i do it. Keep your head up. I think i got it this time.

    After i eat trick is not go on the couch, where i my body i used to PM. Brings back negative energy. Being aware of how i feel and understanding my emotions.

    I had 10 solid days.
