I remember you going there and experience the normal " shock " .
It's really a success, indeed . A good example .
Day 1 check-in
I actually pmo'd today. It was kinda stupid and I knew i shouldn't have done it but I did anyways. On the bright side, it just felt like nothing really. I didn't get that addictive rush, it was just whatever. And one pmo after 17 days is a huge progress to me personally so this doesn't even feel like a "relapse" to me. The book advised one last pmo session to solidify being done with porn but i ignored that part. Regardless, i truly feel like i'm done with porn after that. I checked my spreadsheet and i pmo'd 32 times in march(my streak kept going because i forgot to change it to meeting my goal which was reading a quit porn book that advises you to not stop until you finish the book). Its the last day of april and i only pmo'd 14 times this month. So that's effectively cutting it in half. But regardless of how good i feel about my progress I gotta stay accountable and a slip up is a slip up so I will announce you the winner on my status.
Actually, no O here but P led to M and a marathon edge session so I am resetting my counter too. Care to go again? We can call that a draw or a false start.
Checking in @bellator de Christi
Day 5 for me. So now its on?
Here I come with the worst timing possible. I just relapsed @Toni7, so you win this one.
I didn't expect that. To bad. Just get back up!
I am in need of a new opponent.
I'll take you on if you think you're up for it.
I need new opponet to.
Always available for my friends
Then we are on?
Cool, Spring is a great time for new beginnings and a time to reset and focus on goals we want to accomplish.
Been binging hard lately. I know once i tend to get through one day without pmo, the momentum tends to come back and it gets a lot easier. Just need to remind myself porn does nothing for me, not even the ending feels like much when i actually mindfully focus on it.
Relapsed last night @Gregory S. It hasn’t been five days so our fight is still on. Ill make sure to not let the chaser effect get to me.
Really crazy days. But not giving up.
I am up for it.
