    check in @The Legend of Hope , 2 weeks done, i woke up today with urges to PMO but i can't lose against you and i've gained no.1 on the rankings so even more motivation to not let anyone beat me. I'm ill too at the moment which is affecting my sleep but life goes on I just gotta keep active.

    So I am come across this really amazing rapper named NF. So I went ahead and researched more about him. In one of the sites I read that he had a son, and a wife. So I searched both of them. His wife's name was given as Bridgette but no last name was given. I just searched Bridgette but forgot add NF wife. And Google showed the pics of the P model named Bridgette.

    try to improve from here now. remember you're mind is fooling you to watch porn. you don't need to see the woman naked. try to walk away next time. if something like that happens next time, close the browser and try to relax the mind/distract yourself so that you wouldn't think about porn

    Yes and try to be productive. It happened because it seems you were in a state of boredom doing something unproductive so the addiction easily lured you. Anyways it has happened to all of us! Just do not surrender and learn from this.
