At least I didn’t M nor O. I was filling myself with tremendous hate to what I was watching. It didn’t turn me on, instead it gave me a strong memory to not go back. So this time my streak will be very long. I’m glad to have you with me on the journey.

thanks for asking.Not proud to tell what happened.I have completely ruined my last 4 days, relapsing each day to pmo.I am numb .I am not able to concentrate.I cannot focus.I find everything in the world more interesting than the exam which is 2 days away.I pmo more than 2 times these 4 days.

I think according to 5 day rule, we are still battling(I forgot to set counter to zero).
Today. in few minutes a new day will come, bringing hope.But I know hope only comes through my actions.I will not do anything which makes me feel regret tomorrow.

Alright, you are caught in chaser effect this time. So you have a lot of self reflection to do right now. Please donot talk negative to yourself or curse yourself for failing, remember its the part of the process. PMO is the demon we created and its our job to keep it in check so what i think what you should do is, getaway from home, close to nature where you have the least digital distraction, it can be anything as long as you can talk to yourself and be honest about your feelings. You need to understand why you relapsed and build a system around it. I would recommend a book named ATOMIC HABITS as it helps you understand and make a SYSTEM around bad habits. Its cool we will have a match when you are back on track.
