Yeps my sleep quality is bad, ever since that multiple relapse, its like my brain is always alert mode even tho it was sleep time
less caffeine, less sugar and no overeatting. Ideal, no caffeine. I strive for that. you need a routine. A switch off buton. So your body knows it's time.
I had a moment of weakness and thought ah just one time but it went even more... Every time the same. I don't know if I'm ever free of this bad habit.
