Sorry to hear that bro, it definitely sounds like burn out and nothing wrong with taking all the time you need for yourself
Have you tried an MO only reboot? It may be easier mentally and may even prepare you for no PMO after you built up enough experience with MO only

Thank you brother, yes it was definitely a bit of a burnout relating to nofap. My life had been very hectic for a period of time. I have attempted MO only and ideally I would like to practice semen retention with occasional mindful masturbation (no fantasy, just focusing on the sensation). It's difficult not to be pulled back into full PMO though. We'll see.

I would like to propose to be the leader of this type of challenge. I opened a new thread with something similar a few months ago but I didn't have many people join. Uruz and newbie will remember, they had an epic duel over there.

I want to start a new thread with a similar concept and update it weekly. I will work on it now and get it open for the weekend.

Let me know if you would be interested in joining and see how many numbers we can pull together? If so then I will post the link for the new thread here, then if you want to join I will get some duels sorted out.

Hey guys sorry bout being gone for a while, got distracted by school and other stuff and eventually forgot about nofap. Sadly ive been struggling greatly these past few weeks, but it reminded of how helpful this website is. I am happy to say that im back and am ready for a new duel with anyone who is willing.
