The effects of PMO

For me, me being unable to stay away from PMO has caused me to hate myself. I went 7 months without it at one point and thought I would be free forever, but now I'm trapped within the addiction again. I think women are used for pleasure and I am constantly lusting. However, whenever I try to reboot, my brain makes excuses saying, "You've always been lusting your whole life even before porn. A little porn won't hurt. Besides, it can help find your true sexuality." I am going to say that this excuse from my brain works every time. I see no reason to quit, but I want to because it seems like a drug to me. For 2022, I am going to go through January without porn at all to see the results, but ever since my 7 month streak I have struggled to get past a week. I can do it though.
