"Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well-trained, well-equipped and battle-hardened. He will fight savagely." -Dwight D. Eisenhower

I think this quote really nails the what the fight against PMO is like. Our enemy is our mind telling us that we just need one last fix or that we can start another time. Our task will be difficult. We must fight our mind, yet our mind still wants its fix and it knows just how to tempt you so it can receive that fix. Our mind knows exactly where to lead us to get a fix of PMO and the mind will relentlessly attack us until we give in.

You cannot let your mind take control. If you let your mind take control, you just let the enemy in and win that battle. Your mind LIES to you. Yeah, your mind is a liar, and a good one at that. PMO is a cruel trick. Your mind tricks you into thinking PMO is the only way out of whatever situation you're in. But PMO is NOT the way out, and your mind just lied. Are you going to trust the LIAR known as your mind? NO! Your mind is deceptive and will lead you down a terrible path of you let it. You can't trust your mind to let PMO go. You have to fight back against your mind by any means possible. You can do this by going OUTSIDE, LOCK yourself out of your house if NECESSARY. Leave any device that can access porn AT home unless NECESSARY. Do anything to make the enemy (the mind) unable to attack you.
