***The Exercise Challenge***

    Well, taking a night off once in a while isn't a bad thing, so long as you always remember how good it feels. With heavier exercise, it really does feel good, you just gotta trick your brain into it the first few times. It's hard to get started, but just like most things, once your brain gets "EXERCISE = ENDORPHINS = GOOD" down, it becomes second nature and just another way of passing the time :)

    20, then 25 pushups
    2x 25 situps
    40 second plank, then 1 minute 30 second plank
    2x 40 stationary lunges (20 on each leg on each set)
    2x 20 heel raisers
    20 1 legged upside down ground humps (not sure how to describe them) (10 on each leg)

    Feeling pretty good. I was able to do situps with my feet flat on the ground (no big deal to most people, but I'm not most people). Second time I've ever planked that long and first time I've done that many pushups.
     
  5. Did my 2 mile walk tonight. Added some steep inline and decline in the mix. Going to hit the weights tomorrow.

  6. Today I swam 1 kilometer (17 laps) and bike 5.3 miles.

    Did a looooooong training day with a lot of nice people. Wow. Mind and body = well worked out I'd say....

    15 minute run in PE class, pushed myself really far. Lapped the person in last place six times and the person in second place twice.
    25 situps
    25 pushups
    40 stationary lunges (20 each side)
    20 sideways explosive lunges (10 each side)
    80 heel raises (40 each side)
    That's all I'm feeling for now, but I might do more later.

    Update: I'm feeling restless, so I just did:
    20 lying-down-feet-planted-on-ground thrusts (not sure what they're called, again)
    20 more lying-down-feet-planted-on-ground one legged thrusts (10 on each side)
    2x 20 pushups
    20 situps
    20 lunges (10 per peg)

    Best jumps = 207 due to aggressive mood.

    Did some kettlebell fun today. Snatched the 24kg for the first time and did solid get ups.

  19. Today I got some exercise walking my dog and got back home to lift some of my dumbbell weight
