    + 32 sec headstand + 10 min balayam
     
  2. 1 mile swim 38:42 this morning.
    One of the older ladies there, who is also a friend, said I was starting to get buff! Flirt. Haha.
    When I first took to the pool I could barely swim 100 ft. One width. I thought I was going to drown!
    3 mile bike ride.
    From home to the pool and back.

    Great effort everyone. Especially Ravdeep with those headstands!! I suppose nofap makes a lot of us feel a bit upside down :p

    My week went like this:

    Mon - am: 5.2 miles easy (38 mins), pm: Weights and core - dumbbell bench press, chest fly's, clap press ups, pull ups, barbell rows, single leg glute bridges, bicycle crunches, side plank (21 sets total)
    Tue - 6 miles easy (41 mins)
    Wed - 5.4 miles tempo (32:16 => 5:59/mile pace)
    Thu - 4.6 miles easy (33 mins)
    Fri - Rest
    Sat - RACE - Birmingham XC League (roughly 6.4 miles in 41:08, position 120th/260ish)
    Sun - 5.6 miles easy (36 mins)

    Race was rough! Not a fan of cross country. But I say whatever doesnt kill you makes you stronger :p

    Sorry, I didn't get the chance to exercise last night. I also don't know if I have the energy to exercise much tonight, but I've done 30 situps. I've had a long weekend, and if I don't do more tonight I'll surely be back at it tomorrow.
     
  5. Went for a nature walk for a couple of miles and also went up and down a couple flights of stairs at work multiple times.

    Update: Feeling more active
    2x 25 pushups
    60 calf raisers (30 per leg)
    25 more situps
    20 leg lifters
    50 stationary lunges (25 per leg)

    Later that night:
    50 more situps
    25 more pushups

    -Played Ultimate Frisbee for about half an hour (fucking love that game)
    -30, then 25 sit-ups, then 40 sit-ups
    -25, then 20 push-ups
    -60 heel lifts (30 each leg)
    -Misc. exercises (that I don't know the name of, only the muscle group they work on):
    -20x triceps
    -40x quads (20 per leg)
    -1:35 plank
    -40x stationary lunges (20 per leg)

    Hoping to get some weights soon so I can start working on my pecs again. Anyone know good leg exercises that you can do with your own body weight? I keep forgetting to go running, so that would be nice.

  13. Swimming. One mile in the pool today. 39 minutes 26 seconds. I may have actually done an extra lap. Tomorrow is a rest day. Back in the pool on Thursday.

    Taking it a bit easy because I have PE tomorrow morning, and Wednesday is typically the worst.
    Worked in the machine shop for 3 hours today, so that tired me out a bit
    -30, then 25, then 20 push-ups
    -2x 70 calf raisers (30/leg)
    -30, then 60 second wall sit
    -40 lunges (20/leg)
    Did a crap ton of core exercise last night so I skipped it tonight. Never done wall sits outside of school, feeling good.

    Felt like a King walking into the gym today! Tricep day!

    4 sets of 10 of the following:

    1. Close grip bench
    2. Rope pull down
    3. Dip machine wearing 45 lb dip belt
    4. Cable kickbacks
    5. Overhead dumbbell extension

    Finished off with 100 swiss ball crunches and 15 minutes cardio on the treadmill. Lots of energy today!

    Did you mean 2 to 3 miles or 2/3 or 0.66 of a mile?

    Today 15 min rope exercise.+ 32 sec headstand+12 min balayam
