***The Exercise Challenge***

  1. Monday:
    22 km cycling
    32+30+25+25+25+27=164 pull-ups (new personal best with 32 in a row)
    30+45=75 dips
    65 push-ups
    15 min foam roller training
    25 min balance training

    Tuesday: rest day

    That's it for now :)
     
  2. Wednesday: 22 km cycling. I managed to hurt my neck a few days ago so I’m taking it a bit easy right now... luckily it’s getting better so I’m soon back on track again.

  3. Thursday:
    22 km cycling
    1.5 hours of brick wall climbing
    30 minutes in the outdoor gym

    I have started to read the book "the art of expressing the human body" by Bruce Lee. A very good read indeed. :)

  4. Friday:

    3 km running
    A lot of pull-ups, high pull-ups and muscle-ups. Also some pull-ups where I jump with the hands between two bars separated by 40 cm
    Some dips
    Some core training

  5. Saturday:
    3 km running at 4:53 min/ km
    8+5 muscle ups
    6 sets of 20 push-ups with hands as low as I could

    I am working on doing full planche push-ups.

  7. Starting my runs again from tomorrow. Very excited. Hopefully will help with my no PMO
     
  8. Sunday:

    110 min upper body workout. Push-ups with hands low (for doing full planche push ups in the future), pull-ups, finger training, core training, rubber band exercises for the back, push ups behind the back, dynamic front levers (I'm working on getting the front lever static but can't hold it yet) and some 240 squats.

    Update:
    Lots of biking and a few rehab kettlebell exercises. :) Getting back to my strength!

  11. Monday:
    22 km cycling (avg tempo 27 km/h)
    3 km running (avg tempo 5:30 km/h)
    muscle ups, australian pull-ups, push-ups, plank, push up with jump squat, dragon flag, pull-ups behind the back and at last hanging windshield wipers!

    I already had muscle soreness from yesterday's training and today I pushed myself really hard for 135 minutes!

    Some squats, deadlifts and light chin ups. Just taking it easy. Lots of stretching as well. :)

    Other than that it was a rest day.

    Although I mostly agree with you I don’t see what this has to do with the exercise challenge. Or maybe it’s an exercise in itself to stay away from porn? :)
