***The Exercise Challenge***

  1. Did some dumbbell bicep exercises.
    15*6 knuckle pushups and 10 knuckle pushups.Total is 100.
    3*5 chin ups.
    Just 3 pull ups.How to imcrease the pull up strength?
    7 min abs workout.
     
  2. Exercise three days in a row so far.

    Today one hour walking and running outside with some extra exercise for arms and legs.
    Afterwards 5 min cold shower. Content :)

  3. Guys I won't be able to workout for about a week as I injured my left wrist.But I'll be right back after one week....Good luck guys....

    Some sort of self made kettlebell plan and after a looong day some more martial arts.

    Update:
    I did quite a hard kettlebell session with my 24 kg on Monday and today with my 32 kg.
    I certainly have not outgrown any of them yet. Haha.

    Monday: running early in the morning
    Tuesday: running early in the morning + 120 squats
     
  7. Exercise is the best medicine, guys!
    Friday: 10 min of jump rope + my upper body strength routine at home.
    Plan to work out again later today.

  11. What has happened to the Exercise Challenge Thread?!? Everyone in winter sleep?

    I decided to participate again, instead of only dropping by.
    I want to do the original Challenge. And another one: eating only healthy food.
    I won't reset when I fail a day. Rather I'll measure my success in percentage. When I drop under 50% in one of the Challenges, I'll give up or reset.

    I'll focus on health and well-being first of all.

    Starting now!

    Daily exercise: 0/30
    Eating healthy: 0/30
     
  12. Great, another person ITT.
    I spent almost 3 hours at the gym today (did yoga :p). Have worked out every single day since monday, so day 5. Starting to be quite happy with how I look.

    edit: actually I remember I worked out last sunday too, so it's day 12.:D

  13. No exercise on Day 0. But I didn't eat anything else for the rest of the day.
    Today planned: gymnastic / yoga

  15. Power yoga and dance class today + a bunch of walking as cherry on top. :)
    Surprisingly I for the most part don't suck, at the yoga.
     
  16. Over an hour of gymnastic. On the next day I only managed to make 10 min of exercise.

    Would love to join this group as I'm currently struggling with my exercise routine, I'd like to keep myself accountable. If no requirement for hardcore insanity-type workourts, I'm in! :D

  18. Did 36 kg dumbells bench press for 3 sets today. Feels good. Starting to get strong.

    Only hardcore workouts allowed, sorry.
