    So nice to see so much activity here! Too bad I don't have time to read everything through now! Anyway, it seems like you all work out like ninjas! I'm looking forward to read through everything soon.

    Day 20:
    * morning exercises
    (don't remember if I did anything more)

    Day 21:
    * 273 dips in 30 min
    * 20 mins with my hand grippers
    * 100 sit-ups in a row
    * 220 squats +20 kg

    Day 22:
    * 65 biceps curls (each arm) with 5 kg
    * 40 biceps curls (each arm) with 5 kg
    * 200 biceps curls (each arm) with 3 kg
    * 200 calf raises +10 kg

    Day 23-30:
    On vacation! Took it pretty smooth.
    * four tabata workout sessions, mostly core
    * swimming
    * 30 min core workout
    * front lever exercises
    * walking

    Day 31:
    * 22 km cycling

    Day 32 (today):
    * morning exercises
    * 38 km cycling
    * 2.5 hour krav maga

    I wanted to climb today but time ran out... I wish the day were longer.

    I have access to a barbell at the climbing gym but I never use it. Why? :)
    My training goals are a bit mixed. I do krav maga to get better self-confidence when it comes to protecting myself and my family. I do climbing because it's so bloody fun. I do slacklining because it's easy and quick, plus the kids like to come along. Cycling is only for transportation, I almost never go with public transport. I do morning exercises for my back because I've had back pain for several years. Then I read that the world record in muscle ups is only 26 and that inspired me to work on large amounts of pull-ups, dips and sit-ups. I'm not very interested in building mass, I'm more towards the bruce lee style of working out. :)

    Just googled it. It looks perfect for my needs. I may start including it in my regimen after a few days. Thanks for the recommendation.

    Fair enough. :) I just thought that you could just pack on some weight onto your squats and save some time training. I'm very happy that you are doing Krav Maga.
    It is one of my favorites. <3

    Update:
    I just did a Get up with 40 kg (put together my 16 kg and 24 kg kettlebells). It is exactly what I need right now.
    Then I put together my 32 kg to those two, giving a 72kg trinity kettlebell setup. Boy... it is so heavy, I cannot even get it on
    my chest for the getup. It is a LOT of fun xD hahaha. Just my inner child coming out I guess. :D
