    Hi there,

    I'm here to just give you some motivation, when I began trying to quit, I had this fear within me, that always told me "you can't stop pmo, youve never made it more than 3 days without it!!", This fear is fucking nonsense, you can quit, YOU WILL QUIT, it's ur brain trying to get you off the thoughts of quitting, well you know what brain?! Fuck your addicted ass, good luck to all of you

    I was in the exact same position before 2-3 years ago. Now i have almost left this addiction behind me. Dont fear this, have patience and courage and you will surely make it. Its just a bad habit
